Every prospect gets the same structured breakdown — ten sections, filled out by a scout who's actually watched the film. Here's exactly what gets collected.

Who's being evaluated, who's grading — prospect name, class/grad year, high school, height, weight, film link, evaluation camp/location, scout name, and date evaluated.

Role / Archetype
Tags how the player projects before the grading even starts — positional role and archetype fit.

Film Grade (EIS)
50%
Poor → Elite, per trait. All-22 film grading — formation recognition, technique, scheme fit, tendency analysis.

Athletic Testing
25%
Grade the trait, log the number if you have it. Scout-graded athletic traits plus measurables where available.

Production

On-field output measured against level of competition — not just stats sitting in a vacuum.

Character and competitive traits. These gate a prospect rather than getting averaged in like a normal grade.

Standalone
Processing speed, recognition, and adjustment relative to the assignment. Its own gauge — not blended into the InHome Score, but it does drive the Translation Index.

Projection tier — from Autonomy/P4 Impact down to Preferred Walk-On — where this player actually profiles to play.

Player Interview
Pre-draft style — character, learning style (film, walkthrough, board, or playbook), and motivation, plus a 1–5 Interview Impression grade from Red Flag to Elite Makeup.
TI Translation Index — (Football IQ × Film) ÷ Athletic — shown separately, measuring how much of a prospect's game is earned versus purely physical.
