For college staffs

Your board,
our tape.

InHome is a scouting operation that works for the program, not the prospect. We run a national scout network, grade players off All-22 film against one fixed formula, and put the results in a portal your personnel staff can actually work out of.

What your staff gets

Evaluations, not rankings

Everything below lives in the coach portal. It is built for the way a personnel staff actually works a board, not for the way a recruiting site sells subscriptions.

Film

All-22 evaluations

Every report is written off All-22, not a highlight cutup. Alignment, assignment, and what happens when the play breaks down.

Board

Position boards

Prospects laid out by position column, with drag-to-reorder so your board reflects your staff's order and not ours.

Filter

Class and level filters

Cut the board by grad year in a click. High school classes, JUCO, and portal-eligible players stay separated.

Geography

Prospect map

See where a player actually is before you spend a travel day on him. Useful when you are building an area itinerary.

Accountability

A name on every grade

Each evaluation carries the scout who wrote it. If you disagree with a grade, you know exactly who to ask about it.

Tracking

JUCO stock tracker

Production tracked through the season so you can see who is trending up and who is going the other way.

How it works

Working with a Director of Player Personnel

You already have more names than hours. Our job is to cut the list before it reaches your desk, using your criteria and not our opinion of them.

  • 01You tell us the positions, body types, and traits you are hunting for this cycle, plus the areas you cannot get to.
  • 02Our scouts work their regions, pull All-22, and evaluate against your criteria rather than against a national list.
  • 03Every prospect runs through the same fixed formula and gets a ProspectID, so two players are always comparable.
  • 04Reports land in your portal under a program code. Your staff works the board, reorders it, filters it, maps it.
  • 05You tell us what was right and what missed. That feedback recalibrates what we send you next.

What this is not

We do not recruit for you

InHome does not contact prospects on your behalf, does not represent players, and does not broker anything between an athlete and a program. We evaluate film and hand you the evaluation.

We also do not sell your board. What your staff builds inside the portal is yours, and it is not visible to another program.

Access is issued per program. Staff members work under your program's code rather than personal logins that walk out the door when somebody takes another job.

The evaluation

What sits behind every grade

The weighting does not change from player to player, program to program, or cycle to cycle. That is the entire point of it.

What the tape says Traits and testing Who he is Stats
  • ProspectID A stable identifier built from the player's initials and grad year, so the same athlete does not show up three times under three spellings across your board.
  • Translation Index Our read on whether the athletic tools actually show up in pads. It is the gap between what a player tests like and what he plays like, expressed as a number you can sort on.
  • Model vs. Scout Flag Raised when the numbers and the human evaluator disagree on a player. You see both positions rather than an averaged grade that hides the argument.
  • Eye in the Sky The All-22 framework every evaluation is built on. Reports cite the frames behind the call, so a grade can be checked rather than taken on faith.

Get started

Have a look at the boards

The coach portal runs on program access codes. If your staff has one, go straight in. If not, send a note and we will get you set up and walk your personnel staff through it.
